Some older G5 software/firmware versions have only limited data logging functionality.

Some installers disable G5 data logging by default. Please verify data logging is enabled for your G5 by consulting with approved and/or certified personnel and/or maintenance organizations to power on the G5 in configuration mode by holding down the rotary knob and navigating to “Device Information” - “Diagnostics” and selecting “Data Log” to enabled.
