Garmin Pilot

Overview

|Garmin Pilot is Garmin's electronic flight bag application. Users can export their flight as a CSV or GPX file and upload to FlySto manually. |Alternatively, when paired with the Flight Stream 510 or GI 275, the data can be passed to the flyGarmin Aircraft Logbook for automated transfer to FlySto.

How it works

Manual Upload Instructions
Option 1: Using the Garmin Pilot App Before starting, ensure you have the FlySto mobile app installed and are signed in. Download the FlySto Mobile App
  1. Access Your Logbook: From any page in Garmin Pilot, tap More , Logbook, then tap Entries.
  2. Select Flight: Tap the specific flight entry you want to upload.
  3. Share: Tap the Share icon, select CSV, and choose FlySto from the app list.
  4. Upload: Follow the on-screen instructions in the FlySto app to finish.
Option 2: Using the Garmin Website
  1. Navigate to the Garmin Logbook Web Portal
  2. Find the entry you wish to upload and open the flight.
  3. Click the Download button in the top right corner and select Original CSV
  4. Open FlySto, click the Log button, and upload the CSV file you just downloaded.
Automatic Upload Instructions
For automated data transfer, your Garmin Pilot app must be paired with specific hardware. The configuration and syncing process varies by device. Please refer to the dedicated setup page for your specific hardware

If your logs are missing or empty, ensure Garmin Pilot is properly configured to collect data.
